Christmas Plans and Waking Up

Today I was supposed to have dinner this evening but it got canceled. Instead I have been trying to get plane tickets to visit my grandparents for Christmas. There are some strange credit card issues but I will try again tomorrow with a French credit card, that should do the trick.

I went on another walk and came up with idea to build my website. I have big plan right now and I will start plan going once I have the basic plan in fairly solid. It will take a lot of work to get the website going but in the long run I think it will be well worth it. Once I have the ideas solid I will let you guys know.

One of my current plans is to get up each day at 7am Monday-Sunday. This is only a half-hour/hour earlier than normal but eventually I can start pushing this earlier; once I'm ready I will wake up earlier. It is something that most (all) of the improvement gurus I have come across advocate strongly. If you think about it, lets say you wake up between 2 to 3 hours earlier each day and form this habit. You basically have added around an extra day to your week, every week. As long as you body healthily adjusts to this new routine it is well worth it. Gaining over 5o days in you life each year. Imagine all the stuff you could do if you had 50 extra days each year. I just wanted to throw that out there for you guys to think about.

Cheers!
